In the Name of God Amen I Anne Meredith of the Borough of Rhayader in the County of Radnor Spinster being of sound and disposing mind do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following viz. Ffirst I give and bequeath to my sister Elizabeth Jones the sum of five Pounds Also I give to my sister Mary Lewis the Sum of forty pounds also I give and bequeath to my sister Winifred Bennet the Sum of forty pounds also I give and bequeath to my two Nieces Elizabeth and Jane Davies the Sum of five pounds each also I give and bequeath to my aforenamed sister Elizabeth Jones my best Silk Gown also I give to my Mother Elizabeth Morgan my Silk Shawl during her lifetime and after her decease I give the same to my Sister Mary Lewis also I give to my aforenamed sister Mary Lewis one Shawl my Cloth Cloak one table cloth one feather bed one counterpane one Mahogany Tea Tray one Mahogany Looking Glass frame my best black bonnet and my black Marrind Cotton Gown also I give to my aforenamed Sister Winifred Bennet one Shawl one table Cloth and my black Silk and cotton Gown Also I give to my niece Ann Lewis my chest and ......And also I do hereby make ordain constitute and appoint my Mother Elizabeth Morgan aforenamed sole Executrix of this my last will and testament In witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set and subscribed my hand and seal this fifteenth day of August one thousand eight hundred and thirty one _ Anne Meredith
