The last Will and Testament of me George Meares of Llanstephen Place in the Parish of Llanstephen and County of Carmarthen Vizt I give devise & bequeath all and singular my real and personal estates of what nature kind or description soever and wheresoever situate and however invested together with all deeds evidences and securities respecting the same unto my Wife Hannah Meares and her heirs to hold to the said Hannah Meares her heirs and assigns for ever hereby revoking and annulling all former or other Wills by me heretofore made I do declare this to be my last Will and Testament and do constitute and Appoint my said Wife Hannah Meares sole Executrix hereof In Witness whereof I have to this my Will written in my own hand set and subscribed my name and seal this thirty first day of January one thousand eight hundred and fourteen _ Geo Meares
