This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Mawby of Chicksands in the County of Bedford Yeoman ffirst I give and devise unto my Wife Hannah Mawby and my sons ffrancis Mawby and William Mawby All those my ffour ffreehold Cottages or Tenements with their Appurtenances situate at Harrold in the said County of Bedford now or late in the several Occupations of John Goodwin Samuel Billin Johnson and Thomas Reynolds And all other my Real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever To hold the same Premises unto and to the use of my said Wife Hannah Mawby and my said sons ffrancis Mawby and William Mawby their Heirs and Assigns for ever as Tenants in Common and not as joint Tenants And I give and bequeath unto my two Daughters Ann Mawby and Sophia Mawby one hundred Pounds apiece of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to them respectively out of my Personal estate within one Month after my decease And after Payment of my ffuneral Expences the Charges attending the Probate of this my Will all my just Debts and the aforesaid Legacies I give and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my ready Money Security and Securities for Money Debts to me owing Household ffurniture Plate China Linen Cattle Corn Grain Hay Implements of Husbandry and other ffarming Stock Goods & Chattels and Personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever of what nature or kind soever unto my said Wife Hannah Mawby and my said Sons ffrancis Mawby and William Mawby equally to be divided amongst them share and share alike to and for her and their own proper use and benefit respectively And I do hereby nominate constitutue and appoint my said Wife Hannah Mawby and my said Sons ffrancis Mawby and William Mawby Executrix and Executors of this my Will and I revoke all former Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have to this Sheet of Paper set my Hand and Seal this ninth day of May in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety four _ Thos Mawby
