In the Name of God Amen I Margaret Mason of Topsham in the County of Devon Widow do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say I give and bequeath to my good friends Miss Elizabeth ffinmore of Topsham aforesaid Spinster and Mrs Jane Badcock of Teignmouth Devon Widow the sum of One hundred pounds three per cents in my name each I give to the said Jane Badcock all my clothes and wearing apparel Also to Mrs Rebecca Smith of ffenter Wanse widow and to her daughter Mary Smith the sum of fifty pounds sterling also to Mr James Pulling my brother in law to William Wallace of Teignmouth Blockmaker to Langford Chilcot of Tintagel Cornwall Yeoman to Sarah Hooper of Chard my second cousin and to ..ters Tripe of Teignmouth also my cousin the sum of twenty pounds each also to Ann Burgess of Teignmouth Aforesaid the sum of twenty pounds Also to Mr John Yarde the like sum of twenty pounds also to Mrs Mary Croke of Topsham Widow the sum of ten pounds and to her daughter Ann White the sum of five pounds also to Ann Weeks of Topsham aforesaid the sum of three pounds and to Mary Dunn and Ann Parker of the same place the sum of two pounds each Also to the Overseers of the Poor for the time being of the respective parishes of Topsham and Northam Devon the sum of five pounds each to be distributed in bread All which said legacies I hereby order and direct shall be paid by my Executor within six months next after my decease All the rest residue and remainder of my estate of what nature kind or quality soever after payment of my just debts funeral expences and the charges of proving this my Will I give devise and bequeath unto my dear friend Mr William Yarde of Topsham aforesaid Surgeon whom I hereby constitute and appoint whole and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made In witness whereof I the said Margaret Mason the Testatrix have to this my last Will set my hand and seal this thirtieth day of June in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty two       Margaret Mason
