This is the last Will and Testament of me
William Martyr of Dorking in the County of Surry ffarmer I
desire in the first place that all my just debts ffuneral
expences and the charges of proving this my will be paid I give
unto my nephew Goerge Martyr son of my late brother Joshua
Martyr fifty pounds to be paid to him on attaining his age of
twenty one years and the interest thereof I will in the meantime
I will shall be applied by my trustees and exors hereinafter
named for his benefit I give devise and bequeath unto my
brothers James Martyr of Reigate in the said County Tailor and
John Martyr of Dorking aforesaid Butcher All of my messuages
lands tenements and heredits whatsoever and wheresoever and all
my parts shares or proportions of messuages lands tenements and
heredits whatsoever and wheresoever and whether the same or any
part or parts thereof respectively are or is in possession
reversion remainder or expectancy or of a freehold copyhold or
leasehold tenure with their respective appurts and all my
farming stock cattle corn husbandry implements and effects and
all my household goods and furniture monies securities for money
and other my personal estate and effects of what nature or kind
soever and whereof I shall die possessed or to which I may be
entitled or which I shall have power to dispose of to hold the
same real and personal estate and premises unto and to the use
of them the said James Martyr and John Martyr their heirs
executors admors and assigns respectively according to the
nature and quality of the same estates and premises respectively
upon the trusts following (that is to say) upon trust that my
said trustees or the survivor of them or the executors or admor
of such survivor do and shall with all convenient speed
absolutely sell and dispose of all the said real and personal
estate as shall not consist of money for such price or prices
sum or sums of money as they or he shall think proper or can or
may respectively get for the same respectively and the monies
arising from such sales and disposals upon trust to divide and
part and I hereby bequeath the same unto and among my said
brothers James Martyr and John Martyr my brother Thomas Martyr
and my sister Rhoda Martyr equally share and share alike and I
direct that the receipts of the trustees or trustee for the time
being of this my will..... shall be good and sufficient
discharges to all persons whomsoever for all monies & funds
whatsoever and discharge all persons from seeing to the
application thereof and I constitute and appoint the said James
Martyr and John Martyr Executors of this my last will and
testament And it is my will and meaning that my said trustees or
executors or either of them shall not be answerable or
accountable for more monies or property than they shall actually
receive or possess and not for any involuntary losses whatever
and that each only shall be answerable or accountable for what
he shall receive or possess and for his own separate acts
receipts or wilful defaults only and not further or otherwise
and that they shall and may reimburse themselves and each other
out of the said trusts premises and out of any monies that may
come into their hands by virtue of this my will all costs and
expences to be incurred by them in the execution of the trust
aforesaid or in anywise in execution thereunto and I do hereby
revoke all former wills codicils and testamentary dispositions
made by me and do declare this to be my last will and testament
