In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Martyr of Bansted in the County of Surry Widow being of perfect sound Mind Memory and understanding do make Publish and declare this as and for my last Will and Testament first and principally I recommend my soul unto God my Creator hopeing thro the Merits of my Saviour Jesus Christ to have a pardon for all my Sins and my body I commit to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter mentioned I give and bequeath unto my Son Edward Martyr the sum of One hundred and Eighty Pounds now out upon Mortgage Security of certain Lands and Tenements in the Parish of Effingham in the said County of Surry and the further Sum of Sixty Pounds now out upon one other Security and I do Give and bequeath unto my Daughter Sarah Harrison One Guinea and do appoint the said Legacies to be paid within Six Months next after my decease by my Executrix hereinafter named and as to the Rest and Residue of my Moneys & Goods Chattels and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I Give & bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth Martyr Spinster and hereby nominate constitute and appoint her sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this first day of June in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and fifty four Elizabeth Marter
