In the name of God Amen I Thomas Martin of Lot Kington in the County of Leicester Gent being sick in body but of sound and perfect minde make this my last will as followeth ffirst I bequeathe my soule to God And as for my Temporall estate I dispose of it as followeth I give and bequeath to my couzen Lucy Robinson the summe of Ten poundsI give to my couzen Dorothy Bainbridge the summe of ffive pounds I give to Dorothy Johnson the summe of Tenne pounds there being due to her besides from mee Tenne pounds I give to all the women servants in the house with mee forty shillings apiece except my Couzen Dorothy Bainbridge

I give to Edward Stables and John Stamford forty shillings apiece I give to Elizabeth Quinton twenty shillings I give to the three children of my sister Bush the summe of Tenne pounds apiece I make and ordaine my loveing Master John Bainbridge Esq my loveing Cousens John Robinson and John Bainbridge Gent my Executors of this my will and doe bequeath to them the Residue of my estate to bee equally divided amongst them after my funeral expences are discharged
