This is the last Will and Testament of me Richard Marshallsay of North Egglestone farm within the parish of Tyneham in the county of Dorset Yeoman as follows that is to say I direct that all my just debts funeral expenses and the charges and expenses of proving this my will be paid and discharged by my Executor hereinafter named _ I give devise and bequeath unto my son Richard Jeanes Marshallsay All my messuages lands and hereditaments situate at Wyke Regis in the said county of Dorset To hold the same unto my said son Richard Jeanes Marshallsay his heirs and assigns for ever _

I give and bequeath to my said son Richard Jeanes Marshallsay and to my son William Marshallsay all my plate equally to be divided between them _

I give and bequeath unto my said son William Marshallsay All my household goods and furniture linen woollen china and dairy utensils at North Egglestone aforesaid to and for his own use and benefit _ Also I give and bequeath unto my said son William Marshallsay the live and dead farming stock and implements of husbandry belonging to or which usually have been kept on North Egglestone farm aforesaid together with the growing crops on such farm to and for his own use and benefit _ And as to all the rest residue and remainder of my real and personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever I give devise and bequeath the same unto my said son Richard Jeanes Marshallsay his heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever And I hereby nominate constitute and appoint him my said son Richard Jeanes Marshallsay sole executor of this my will hereby revoking all other wills by me at any time heretofore made and declaring this only to be my last will and testament In Witness whereof I the said Richard Marshallsay have hereunto set my hand and seal this twentieth day of February in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty four Richard Marshallsay
