This is the last Will and Testament of me Sarah Manser of Kings Lynn in the County of Norfolk Widow made this fourth day of December in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty eight in manner following (that is to say) I give and bequeath unto Joseph Bell my brother all and every my Bed and Bedding together with all and every my monies out at Interest and all money or monies in my name in the Bank of England in the Navy five per Cent Annuities for which I now hold a Cheque dated the seventh of August One thousand eight hundred and twenty one together with all other my Property of every description or denomination which I may die worth or in any wise interested To hold to him my said brother for this express purpose (that is to say) that he my said brother shall and do in the best manner he can bring up Educate Maintain and Cloath my Grandson George Alfred Bell and if there shall be sufficient to place him out Apprentice to any Trade he may chuse I request my said brother to do so and at all times to act as a Guardian over my said Grandchild and his property and hereby appoint him my said brother sole Executor hereof and Guardian over my said Grandchild and revoke all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I the said Sarah Manser the Testatrix have hereunto set my Hand and Affixed my Seal the day and year first above written Sarah Manser
