This is the last Will and Testament of me the Revd Thomas Robert Malthus of the East India College Hertfordshire I give and bequeath to my Wife Harriet all my personal Property and I appoint my said Wife Harriet and Augustus Warren Esq Junior of Charlotte Street Bloomsbury Executors of this my Will Signed this 24th day of May one thousand eight hundred and twenty eight by me Thom Robt Malthus

Codicil my son Henry Malthus being now of age I appoint him joint Executor with my Wife Harriet and the aforesaid Augustus Warren Esq Junior of this my will Signed the 24th day of May one thousand eight hundred and twenty eight by me Thom Robt Malthus
