In the Name of God Amen I Katherine Moore of West Ilsley in the County of Berks Widow being weak in Body but of sound and disposing mind and memory thanks be given to Almighty God for the same And considering the uncertainty of this life and the Certainty of Death Do think fit to make and Ordaine this my last Will and Testament in Writing in manner and Form following First and Principally I recommend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God that gave it me trusting for Salvation in and through the only merits of Jesus Christ my Blessed Saviour And my Body I Commit to the Earth to be decently buryed at the discretion of my Executor herein after named And as to my Worldly Estate which it hath pleased Almighty God to bestow upon me I give settle and dispose of the Same as follows Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my Son James Moore of Bagshot in the County of Surry the Sum of One Shilling of lawfull Money of Great Britain Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary the Sum of one Shilling of like Lawfull money Item I give devise and bequeath unto my Son in Law Richard Willis of West Ilsley aforesaid All that my Leasehold Messuage Tenement or Cottage with the Orchard Garden and Appurtenances Situate lying and being in Bagshott in the Parish of Windlesham aforesaid in the said County of Surry To have and to hold the same unto the said Richard Willis his Executors Administrators and Assigns from and immediately after my Decease for and during all such term or termes and Estate which I have therein Item All the rest and residue of my Estate real and Personal moneys Goods and Chattells whatsoever After my Debts Legacyes and Funeral Expences being First paid and discharged I give devise and bequeath the same unto my Son in Law the said Richard Willis his Executors Admors and Assignes for ever And I do hereby make the said Richard Willis full and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament revoking and making void all former & other Wills by me heretofore made And in Testimony that this is my last Will and Testament I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the twenty eighth day of April in the Fourth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith of Anno Domini 1731
