The Will of The Reverend Henry Francis Lyte

 

The Reverend Henry Francis Lyte of Buryhead in the County of Devon clerk do declare this to be my last Will ffirst I direct the payment of my debts funeral and Testamentary Expences And I appoint my dear Wife Ann Lyte Executrix of this my Will I give to my faithful Servant Mary Pope the sum of five hundred pounds which I direct shall be paid to her by my Executrix within six calendar months after my decease free of legacy duty and other charges And All the rest and residue of my estate and effects I give and bequeath to my said Wife absolutely In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty second day of April 1847 H.F.Lyte
