The will and mynd of Richard Lyon of
Haddocke touchinge the dispose of his Estate is as followeth
First That his Grandchild Richard Lyon shall have and enioye
Lowes tenement paying to his sister Elizabeth the sume of one
hundred & forty pound when shee Attaynee the Age of Twenty & one
yeares If shee fortune to dye before shee Attayne such said Age
Then Richard to pay the younger Children of Thomas Gerard of
Hollenhey the Sume of fifty pound If Richard the Grandchild
dep’t this Life before he attayne the Age of twenty one yeares
Then Elizabeth to have Lowes Tenement paying to Thomas Gerards
children equally Amonge them the eldest excepted the Sume of one
hundred pounds
Then that his Grandchild Ellen Gerard
shall first have Tenn pound and A Cow out of his whole Goods The
rest to be devided equally Among the said Thomas Gerards
children the heire excepted his funerall expenncs with other
necessary Charges being first devided out of the whole
And nominated Thomas Gerard of Hollen Ley
and Thomas Boardman of Haddocke to be his Ex’rs
