In the name of God Amen The third day of March Anno Domini one thousand sixe hundred forty eight I William Lutman of Ockley in the County of Surrey husbandman being sick in body but in perfect memory praised be God therefore doe make and declare this my last will and Testament in manner and forme following ffirst and principally I Commend my soule into the hands of All mighty God my Maker and my body to the earth from whence it came Item I give and bequeath unto Thomas Blundell my sonne in lawe Twelve pence to bee paid unto him upon demaunde Item my will and mynde is that if either Jane Dudley my daughter or her husband William Dudley or any of the children of the said William Dudley by the said Jane begotten shall happen to come over out of New England into this land then I give and bequeath unto one of them or soe many of them as shall happen to come over into this land five pounds of lawful money of England to be equally devided betwixt them All the rest of my goods bonds and money I give and bequeath unto Jane my loving wife which Jane my wife I make appointe and ordayne sole Executrix of this my my will and testament and shee to take my debts and pay my debts In witness whereof I have the sayd William Lutman have hereunto sett my hand and seale the day and yeare first above written William Lutman his mark
