THIS IS THE
LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me,
Lilian Alice Marie Lukey, of 40 Coolinge
Lane, Folkestone in the County of Kent, made this Fourth day of
May one thousand nine hundred and eighty.
1. I hereby revoke all Wills made by me at
any time heretofore. I appoint my daughter Denise Anne Michael
and my son-in-law Vivian David Michael to be my Executors and
direct that all my Debts and Funeral Expenses shall be pad as
soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
2. I GIVE AND BEQUEATH unto
(a) My grandchildren Carolyn Anne Wilson
and Nicholas David Michael the sum of £1,000 each.
(b) My nephew Reginald Vernon Gordon the
sum of £500.
(c) My nieces Elisabeth Gordon and Una
Gordon the sum of £300 each.
(d) Mrs. May Lucas of 33 Weymouth Road,
Cheriton, Folkestone, the sum of £1,000.
(e) Mrs. Mary Cook, of 8 Cornwallis
Avenue, Folkestone, the sum of £500.
3. Subject to the payment of my funeral
and testamentary expenses and debts and any duties payable on my
death and the legacies given by this my Will or any codicil
hereto, I devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my
property real and personal of whatever nature to my said
daughter Denise Anne Michael for her own use and benefit
absolutely
PROVIDED that if my said daughter shall
predecease me then I devise and bequeath the same to my said

Grandchildren Carolyn Anne Wilson and
Nicholas David Michael in equal shares or to the survivor of
them for their own use and benefit absolutely.
