I JAMES LOWE 204 Castle hill Hindley in the County of Lancaster Grocer do hereby revoke all Wills and Testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last Will  I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever unto and to the use of HANNAH LOWE my wife ALICE ISABELLA LOWE my daughter and EDWIN LOWE my son their heirs executors and administrators respectively upon trust that they the said HANNAH LOWE  ALICE ISABELLA LOWE and EDWIN LOWE or the survivors or survivor of them or the heirs executors or administrators (as the case may be) of such survivors shall when and as they shall in their uncontrolled discretion think fit and in such manner and under such stipulations and upon such terms in all respects as they he or she shall think fit sell collect or otherwise convert into money (according to the nature of the premises) all such parts of the same premises as shall not consist of money and may buy in or rescind any contract for sale or of any other description and resell without being answerable for loss and may for the purposes aforesaid execute and do all such assurances and things as they he or she shall think fit (and as shall out of the monies to arise from such sale collection and conversion and the money of which I shall be possessed at my death pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts and shall invest the residue of the said monies in the names or name or under the legal control of the said HANNAH LOWE  ALICE ISABELLA LOWE and EDWIN LOWE or the survivors or survivor of them or the executors or administrators of such survivors in any of the public stocks or funds or Government securities of the United Kingdom or upon freehold copyhold or leasehold or chattel real securities of England Wales or Ireland or in or upon the shares stocks or securities of any Company or Corporation whet her Commercial Municipal or otherwise carrying on business or constituted for any purpose in the United Kingdom and I declare that the said trustees or trustee may vary the said stocks funds shares or securities at their discretion and shall pay the income of the said trust moneys and the investments for the time being representing the same and the rents income and profits of any of my property remaining unconverted to my wife HANNAH LOWE during her life and after her death shall hold the said trust funds in trust firstly to pay One hundred pounds to each of my daughters ALICE ISABELLA and MARGARET LOWE respectively for services rendered to me and secondly in trust as to the residue of the said funds for my five children ALICE ISABELLA LOWE  EDWIN LOWE  MARY JANE LOWE  EDITH ELIZABETH DEAN ATKINSON (wife of LEWIS HOLLAND ATKINSON) and MARGARET LOWE so that they my children taking under this trust shall take in equal share excepting as aforesaid that ALICE ISABELLA and MARGARET shall receive one hundred pounds each in addition to their other shares respectively and if any of such children shall predecease me then his or her child shall take if more than one equally amongst them the share which his her or their parent would if living at my decease have become entitled under this my Will Provided always that the said Trustees or trustee may after the death of my said Wife or in her lifetime with her consent in writing raise any part or parts not exceeding one half part of the then expectant presumptive or vested share of any child or grandchild under the trusts herein before declared and apply the same for his or her advancement or benefit And I appoint my wife the said HANNAH LOWE my daughter the said ALICE ISABELLA LOWE and my son the said EDWIN LOWE Trustees and Executors of this my Will
