I Dorothy Loadman of Kirby Stephen in the County of Westmorland do make my last Will and testament as follows that is to say I give and devise unto my Niece Mary Simpson her executors administrators and assigns for ever the whole of my property whatsoever and wheresover and of whatt kind soever and I do make my said niece sole Executorex of my Will and revoke all other in Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of August one thousand eight hundred and thirty = Dorothy Loadman = Signd sealed published and declared by the said Dorothy Loadman as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us and in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have attested to the same = John Sayer = Mary Sayer = Thomas Atkinson.//

Proved at London 26th May 1842 before the worshipful William Calvaley Curtis Dr. of Laws and Surrogate by the oath of Mary Simpson Spinster the niece the sole Executrix to whom Admõn was granted having been first sworn duly to administer.//
