The Will of Mary Lloyd

 

This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Lloyd of the Borough of Leominster in the County of Hereford Widow made when of sound Mind Memory & understanding the fifteenth Day of September One thousand eight hundred & four ffirst (Subject to the Payment of All my just Debts ffuneral Expences & the Expences of Proving this my Will) I give & bequeath unto my two Daughters Benedicta Bethell Addenbrooke Widow & Cordelia Lloyd All my Money now my possession or which is in any manner due & owing to me from any person or persons whomsoever to be equally divided between them my said two Daughters share & share alike I also give & bequeath unto my said Daughter Cordelia Lloyd All my Household Goods & ffurniture & Household Linen to be at her own free Will & disposal I give & bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Bethell Minshull all my Clothes & wearing Aparel whatsoever And I hereby nominate constitute & Appoint my said two daughters Benedicta Bethell Addenbrooke & Cordelia Lloyd joint Executrixes & residuary Legatees of this my last Will & Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand & seal the day & Year first before written Mary Lloyd   (Attestation Clause)   Harriet Cripps      Jno Morris     Proved at London 7 November 1811   PCC Prob11/1527
