Catherine Lloyd of
Uphampton in the Parish
of Shobdon and County of
Hereford Widow being in
perfect health and of
sound memory do make and
ordain this to be my
last Will and Testament
in manner and form
following that is to say
ffirst I give & bequeath
to my Niece Eliza Maria
Bevan the Sum of twenty
two pounds ten shillings
per Annum of good and
lawful Money of Great
Britain during the term
of her natural life to
be paid into her own
hands and that her
receipt only shall be
their discharge without
the Controul of her
present husband James
Bevan or any future one
and I do nominate and
appoint my brother
Edward Evans and his son
John Evans to be
Trustees to my Niece
Eliz Maria Bevan And I
do also......them to pay
the Sum of twenty two
pounds ten shillings per
Annum to my Niece Eliz
Maria Bevan being the
full Interest of ffour
hundred and fifty pounds
being part of my
Property now lying in
the hands of my brother
Edward Evans of Hearts
Ease in the Parish of
Bucknell in the County
of Hereford and at the
decease of my niece Eliz
Maria Bevan I bequeath
the said ffour hundred
and fifty pounds to be
equally divided between
my brother Edward Evans
and his son John Evans
their heirs Exors &
Assigns And I do also
appoint my brother
Edward Evans and his son
John Evans to be the
Exors of this my last
Will and Testament And I
do ...... that my
Executors shall in trust
let my niece Eliza Maria
Bevan have a good bed
bedstead s Hangings &
any other ffurniture she
shall deem necessary for
her own private use
during her natural life
and at her decease it
shall be the property of
my Executors their
Executors heirs or
Assigns Secondly I give
and bequeath to my
brother John Evans one
bed bedstead and Yellow
Hangings with blankets
bed Quilt etc. And I do
here nominate and
appoint my brother
Edward Evans and his son
John Evans sole Executor
of this my last Will and
Testament and after all
my Just Debts and
ffuneral Expenses are
paid and the remainder
of all my Personal
Estate and Effects I
give and bequeath to my
two Executors my brother
Edward Evans and his son
John Evans their heirs
and assigs In Witness
