The Will of Barnabas Lloyd

 

In the Name of God Amen I Barnabas Lloyd of the Parish of Topsham in the County of Devon of sound and perfect mind and memory but bodily afflicted do revoke all former Wills or Codicils by me heretofore made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament I give devise and bequeath to my Sister Mary Morish of the town of Knighton in Radnorshire Wales her heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns fifty Pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid three month after the Death of my beloved Wife free of all Expence I Give Devise and bequeath All my Goods money and Chattels and all other my real Personal and testamentary Estate and Effects whatsoever unto and to the use of my beloved Dear Wife Mary Lloyd her heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns respectively for ever according to the natures and qualities of the said Effects respectfully to and for her and their own use and benefit and I do hereby appoint the said Mary Lloyd my beloved Wife hole and sole Executrix of this my last Will In witness whereof I the said Barnabas Lloyd have hereto set my hand and Seal being the testator of this my last Will dated this twenty third Day of Septr One thousand eight hundred and seven _ Barnabas Lloyd
