In the Name of God Amen I David Llewellyn of Ross in the County of Hereford Supervisor of Excise being sick and weak of body but of sound Mind Memory and understanding Do make Publish and Declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say) ffirst I give and bequeath unto the Reverend Jeffrey Llewellyn of the Parish of A....in the County of Brecon and ffrancis John Bellringer of Bodmin in the County of Cornwall all my ffreehold Estate and Landed Property in the Parish of Motherey in the County of Carmarthen And also one thirty second share of the Copper Mine known by the appellation of Weal ffortune lying and being in the Parish of Gwinap in the said County of Cornwall To have and to hold by them the said Jeffrey Llewellyn and ffrancis John Bellringer their Executors Administrators and Assigns from and immediately after my decease Upon this Special Trust and Confidence in them reposed and to the intent and purpose that they the said Jeffrey Llewellyn and ffrancis John Bellringer and the Survivors and Survivor of them and the Executors and Administrators of such Survivors and Survivor Do and shall Permit and suffer Maria Llewellyn my Wife To hold have and enjoy all my said ffreehold Estate and Landed Property in the aforesaid Parish of Mothery  in the said County of Carmarthen and also a thirty second share of the Copper Mine known by the appellation of Weal ffortune in the aforesaid Parish of Gwinap in the said County of Cornwall and to receive and take to and for her own use and for the use of Ann my Daughter and also for the use and behoof of such Child as shall be born hereafter from the present Pregnancy of Maria Llewellyn my beloved Wife All the Rents Issues and Profits thereof from and immediately after my decease during her natural life and after her decease upon this further Trust and Confidence and to the intent and purpose that they the said Jeffrey Llewellyn and ffrancis John Bellringer and the Survivors and Survivor of them and the Executors and Administrators of such Survivors and Survivor shall suffer and permit Ann my daughter and such other Child as may be hereafter born from my Wife Maria’s present Pregnancy to receive all the Rents and profits arising from and out of my aforementioned ffreehold  Estate in the aforesaid Parish of Mothery and also the Profits which shall arise from the said thirty second share of the Copper Mine known by the appellation of Weal ffortune in the said Parish of Gwinap share and share alike during his her or their and each of their natural lives and their Children if lawfully begotten for ever but should it happen that Ann my daughter and such  Child as may be hereafter born from my Wife Maria’s present Pregnancy die without leaving any Issue lawfully begotten Then upon this further Trust and Confidence to the intent and Purpose that they the said Jeffrey Llewellyn and ffrancis John Bellringer and the Survivors and Survivor of them and the Executors and Administrators of such Survivors and Survivor shall suffer and permit the Children of Thomas Llewellyn of the Parish of Lywell in the said County of Brecon my Brother to receive and enjoy all the Rents of my aforesaid ffreehold Estate and Landed Property in the Parish of Motherey aforesaid in the County of Carmarthen and also to receive and enjoy the Profits which shall arise from the said thirty second share of the Copper Mine known by the appellation of Weal ffortune in the said Parish of Gwinap for ever share and share alike and to their Children lawfully begotten for ever I further bequeath my Personal estate and Ready Money to Maria my beloved Wife for her use and towards the use of my said Child or Children and towards bearing the Expences of his her or their Education exclusive of any power or authority of the above named Trustees nor any of their Executors or Administrators so long as she the said Maria my Wife remain my Widow But it is further my wish that the said Maria my Wife shall and is hereby empowered to keep my said Child or Children under her Care and Tuition until the said Child or Children attain to the age of twenty one Years I also hereby nominate and appoint the said Jeffrey Llewellyn and ffrancis John Bellringer to be Trustees and Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other Will and wills by me heretofore made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this nineteenth day of April in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred & one David Llewellyn
