I give & bequeath to
my dear Nephew John Buller of Morval Esqr & his heirs all my
lands tenements heredits all my Chattels all moneys & securities
for money.... subject to my debts & the following Legacies
Appointing him my sole Executor & Residuary Legatee I give
devise & bequeath to my Dear Nephew Anto: Buller & Isabella his
Wife the Sum of ffive thousand pounds To my dear Niece Charlotte
Clive three thousand pounds To my dear Brother Sr William Lemon
Bart. Five hundred pounds To my dear Niece Louisa Dyke ffive
hundred pounds & to all my other Nephews & Nieces not mentioned
in this Will some token or remembrance of me not exceeding

My dearest John at my
return to this place I thought it necessary to alter my Will by
which I hope a great part of the property will come to you. You
will of course see an alteration with respect to my dearest
Charlotte but whose situation is most materially altered since
we talked together. I have nothing to add but that I could wish
if it can be without great inconvenience or Expence to be buried
near my dear Sister my Servants I am sure you will take care of
& if Miss Mary Bassett should be alive I wish some token about
100L should be given her Everything else I totally leave to your
good heart & understanding & tho unworthy yet trusting in the
Mercies of my God & Saviour I wish you every happiness J Lemon

Whereas I have
purchased some real Estates in the Parish of Veryan or elsewhere
in the Co Cornwall since I made my Will which bears date in the
Spring in the Year of our Lord 1810 or 1811which Will is now
sealed in the writing ...... of the library at Polvellan sealed
& directed To my dearest Nephew John Buller of Morval Now I
hereby give & devise all my real Estates which I have in any
manner become entitled since the date of my said will to the
same person or persons in the same manner as I may have given
any real or personal Estate or Chattels dated at Tehidy Park
this 23rd day of Decmebr in the Year 1813 J Lemon

my faithful Servant William Carvell Two hundred pounds should he
live with me at the time of my decease this is to be considered
as a codicil to that signed at Tehidy Park Signed in the
