THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Ernest James Leeds of 47 Chalkwell Road, Milton Regis in the County of Kent Commercial Clerk I appoint my son Frederick Edward Leeds to be the sole Executor of this my W I give and bequeath all my household furniture and effects unto my said son Frederick Edward Leeds and all my jewellery and wearing apparel unto my son Percy Ernest Leeds I give and devise and bequeath all the residue of my property both real and personal unto my said sons Frederick Edward Leeds and Percy Ernest Leeds I hereby revoke all former Wills and codicils Dated this twenty first day of September One thousand nine hundred and twenty six (1926) Ernest James Leeds   Signed by the testator in the presence of us who thereupon signed our names in his and each others presence   Thomas Blackman.
