An inventory of all and singular the goods, chattels debts credits and ready money of Edward Leeds late whilst he lived of the parish of High Halden in the County of Kent yeoman deceased made and apprised by us whose names are hereunto subscribed the seventh day of May in the year of our Lord 1723

Item one clock one jack three tables one form one dresser one small nest of drawers two pine stools one couch & eight chairs two spits one tin pan one warming pan one brass mortar and pestle three andirons two pair of pothooks a fire slice and two pairs of tongs and one pair of bellows two box irons & two wheels one spinning wheel and toasting iron a pot trivet two lanterns and some earthen ware one pair of garner shears & one gridiron & one gun and some other small things of

In the Pantry
Item one brass frying pan three brass skillets two iron pots Chaffing dish one wooden platter and some small wooden dishes And five small pieces of earthenware & eighteen trenchers 01 00 06


In the Parlour
Item one old beam and scales and some weights and one still  One bushel one trivet one gallon a pair of andirons one old table One old cupboard & one chest & four old flax tubs & twenty Old sacks one panel and two wan ties(?) & some other small Lumbering goods 01 15 00


In the Washouse & Shop
Item one old brass basin one basket two shovels two spades

One iron crow two yokes two billets one axe six old augers

One sieve and sneed(?) four forks one hedge bill two old hay
Cutters and one garner rack and two mathooks and some other Small things of small value at 01 07 06


In the buttery
Item five small barrels one kneading trough two leather bags
A small table three flour sieves one gallon and some other Small things at 01 00 00

In the Milk house
Item three milk lids & one frame one butter platter one pail

Two old brass kettles three barrels one iron dripping pan

And eighteen glass bottles and two bran tubs and some
Pork & seven trugs & bowls and one small iron pot and
Eighteen crocks and pans and some fat and two hundred and
Fortynine pounds of cheese and one pair of small scales and
One tin funnel and some other small things all at 08 01 02


In the brewhouse
Item two brass furnaces one brewing tub & four other tubs &
Six small keelers three pails one churn one iron pot & 0ne iron
Kettle one cheese press & four cheese bales one old chest two

In the Kitchen Chamber
Item one feather bed & one flock bed with the furniture to them
One small hanging press & five chests and two chairs and one
Small looking glass & some hops 04 05 00


In the Parlour Chamber
Item one feather bed with the furniture to it & three chests and
One writing desk one table one pair of andirons and six chairs
And one small cloth basket 05 19 00
Item more for forty three dozen of white flax & a half and seven

The Out-door goods
Item one wagon & chape & ropes & one plough & three old Carts & four cythes and six old yokes and two double harrows And two single harrows and one rule & one cortpod And two chains & one old rope & three rope harnesses three Corn sieves and one sery and one van & flax hib and a cord & a sevpet(?) and one shovel(?) 11 13 00
