The Will of Elizabeth Leedes
 

In the name of God Amen the one and thirtieth day of October in the sixth year of King Charles Anno Dom 1630 I Elizabeth Leedes of Great Chart in the county of Kent, widow, do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say First I commend my soul into the hands of God my maker hoping assuredly through the only merits of Jesus Christ my saviours to be made partaker of life everlasting and I commend my body to the earth unto from whence it came.

Item I give and bequeath unto Richard Stephens the elder of Great Chart aforesaid all my goods & chattels bills bonds debts owing unto me & all other goods of what kind whatsoever whom I make nominate appoint & ordain my sole & absolute executor of this my last will & testament & I do hereby revoke & renounce all former wills made by me in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand the day & year above written. The mark of Elizabeth Leedes sealed and delivered as my last will & testament in the presence of Joseph Chittenden his mark    John Chettenne his mark.

Item I give to my son Thomas Noble vi d.

item I give to my son Frances Noble vi d.
