The Will of Ann Lee

 

I Mary Ann Lee of Tudor Place Hoylake Widow hereby revoke all former testamentary dispositions made by me and declare this to be my last Will and Testament I appoint my sons John and Frederick joint executors of this my Will I give devise and bequeath all my household furniture and effects unto my son Frederick absolutely and I give devise and bequeath all and singular the residue of my real and personal property estate and effects equally between my children Joseph, Thomas, John, Frederick, Annabella, Mary Alice and Gertrude Provided always that if any child of mine shall die in my lifetime leaving a child or children who shall survive me then and in every such case such last mentioned child or children shall take (if more than one equally between them) the share which his her or their parent would have taken under this my Will if such parent had survived me In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand to this my last Will this seventh day of February one thousand eight hundred and ninety three Mary Ann Lee

On the 24th May 1901 Probate of this Will was granted at Chester to John Lee and Frederick Lee the executors
