The Will of Abraham Leach

 

In the Name of God Amen I Abraham Leach of Corston in the County of Pembroke Esquire do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following ffirst I desire that I may be buried Privately and decently in Monkton Church Yard in a Leaden Coffin near my departed Son William and the Grave be lined with bricks and large enough to take my beloved Wife or any of my Children that should wish to be buried in the same Grave Secondly I desire that all my just debts funeral expences may be paid Thirdly I give devise & bequeath unto my beloved Wife All my household furniture plate linen stock & Chattels of what nature or kindsoever or wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my death And I do nominate constitute and appoint my beloved Wife Catherine Leach Executrix and my Son Henry Leach Executor to this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all and every other will or Wills at any time by me heretofore made and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Abraham Leach have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty third day of August in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two _ Abraham Leach   (Attestation Clause)   Thomas Williams       Elizabeth Watkins   Proved at London 23 September 1843   Administration with Will annexed granted 29 August 1864 to Reverend Francis George Leach son and Administrator of the effects of Catherine Leach Widow deceased Henry Leach having survived his Co-Executor and died intestate   PCC Prob11/1985
