The Will of John Lanyon

 

This is the last Will and Testament of me John Lanyon of the Town of ffalmouth in the County of Cornwall Coal Merchant I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved Wife Elizabeth Lanyon her executors administrators and assigns all and singular my household goods and furniture and all and every my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever that I may die possessed of and also all such monies that shall or may accrue or become payable at my decease (should any be)to be held and enjoyed by her and her assigns without being subject to the interference or control of any person or persons whomsoever and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife Elizabeth Lanyon sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other Wills by me heretofore made and do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of August 1833 _ John Lanyon
