In the name of God Amen the fourtenth day
of march own Thousand seven hundred and own I Thomas Lamboll of
Woaking in the County of Surry Yeoman being Sicke in body but
Sound in mind and pfect remembrance for which I praise Almighty
God doe hear make my Last will and Testament in manner and forme
as followeth Imprimis Imprimis I give my Soule into the hands of
Almighty God the Creator and maker thereof hoping and trusting
by faith and unfained repentance to be Saved through the merrits
and mercey of Jesus Christ my Alone Saviour and Redeemer And my
body to the Earth to be buried in the Church Yard of Woaking and
my good and Chattels I give as followeth
Item if my beloved wife Sara Should hapen
to be now with Child with A man Child I give and bequeath all my
freehold houses and Land and all my Coppihold Land to the said
man Child but yf it should hauppen to be A daughter I give all
my house and Lands to be Equaly devided between my Eldest Sara
and my Above mentioned yf it be A daughter
Item I give my house and all my Lands
ffreehold and Coppihold to Sara my beloved wife tell my youngest
Child be fourten years of Age Item I give to Sara my beloved
wife the Third Part of the vallue of my rent during hir naturall
Life of my ffreehold
Item yf it Should happen that my daughter
Sara and the Child or Children that is in my wifes woumbe should
die without hairs then my will and meaning is I give all my
house and ffreehold and Coppie Lands to John Lamboll the Sonn of
my first Cossin John Lamboll and his Heirs and Assigns for ever
Item all the rest of my goods and Chatles
not given or bequeathed I give to Sara my beloved wife whome I
make and ordaine My Sole Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament revoaking all other Wills and Testaments
