This is the last Will and Testament of me Matthew Lamboll of No 89 High Street in the Parish of All Saints Poplar in the County of Middlesex Pastry Cook I give and devise unto my dear Wife Mary Ann Lamboll all that my Copyhold Messuage or Tenement Garden and Premises with the Appurts thereunto belonging in which I now reside to hold the same (subject to the Mortgage thereon) unto and to the use of my said Wife her heirs and assigns for ever and as to the Whole of my Personal Estate and Effects I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my said Wife her executors admors and assigns for her own absolute use and benefit and I appoint my said Wife sole Executrix of this which I declare to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty second day of October one thousand eight hundred and thirty five Matthew Lamboll
