This is the last Will and Testament of me Sarah Davies King of Odiham in the County of Southampton Spinster I give and bequeath all my real and Personal Estate and appoint all the real and personal Estate over which I have any power of appointment and the rents and profits interest dividends and annual proceeds thereof and of every part thereof unto and to the use of my dear Mother Ann Sarah King and her Assigns for and during the term of her natural life and from and after her decease I give devise and bequeath and also direct limit and appoint the same real and Personal Estate and every part thereof unto and equally between my Brothers and Sisters George King Elizabeth King Ann Sarah King and Richard King and their respective heirs Executors Admors and assigns as tenants in common but subject to the payment of the legacy hereinafter bequeathed that is to say I give to my friend Abraham Worley of the Custom House in the City of London Gentleman the sum of four hundred pounds sterling which sum I direct to be paid to him at the expiration of twelve Calendar months next after the decease of my said Mother if the said Abraham Worley shall be then living but in case he shall happen to be then dead my will is that the aforesaid legacy shall lapse and fall into my residuary Estate and I declare my express will to be that my said Mother shall have the absolute controul of my said real and Personal Estate and every part thereof during her life and shall not be compelled or compellable to render any account touching the same or the receipt disposal or management thereof or of any part thereof to any person or persons whomsoever and further that if any person interested or claiming to be interested under this my will shall during the lifetime of my said Mother by any legal or equitable proceeding call upon or require her to render any such account as aforesaid or endeavour to hinder her from the receipt disposal or management of my said real and personal Estate or any part or parts thereof as she may think fit such Person or Persons shall absolutely forfeit and lose all the Estate interest or benefit to which he she or they would have been otherwise entitled to hereunder any rule of law or equity to the contrary in any wise notwithstanding And I constitute and appoint my said Mother sole Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty ninth day of July in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven _ Sarah Davies King

On 31 July 1864 Admon (with the Will annexed) of the personal estate of Sarah Davies King late of Odiham in the county of Southampton Spinster who died 5 December 1837 at Odiham aforesaid left undaministered by Ann Sarah King Widow the Mother the sole Executrix and Universal Legatee for life named in the said Will was granted to Richard King the Brother one of the Residuary Legatees substituted in the said Will he having been first sworn duly to administer. The said Executrix having died intestate
