In the Name of God Amen I NICHOLAS KING of
Culworth in the County of Northampton gent being of perfect
disposing mind do make my last will and testament in manner
following Imprimis I commend my Soul into the hands of God hoping
for salvation through the meritts of my blessed saviour And my body
I committ to the Earth to be decent buried at the Discretion of my
Executrix hereinafter named And as to my worldly estate I dispose
thereof as followeth
Imprimis I give and bequeath to my daughter
KEZIA POMFRET the summe of £5.
Item I give to my daughter MARY FREEMANTLE the
summe of £5.
Item I give to my Granddaughter KEZIA SHIRLEY
the summe of £5
Item I give to my Granddaughter JANE POMFRET
the summe of £5
Item I give and bequeath to my daughters
ELIZABETH KING and MARTHA KING my house and orchards and gardens and
outhouses and all other the appurtenances belonging to my said house
and homestall. And also my Five closes that are next adjoining to my
House and Backside And all the rest and residue of my Estate Bills
Bonds Leases Mortgages ready Money or Money in any person or persons
hand whatsoever Goods Chattles and Cattle to them and their heirs
for ever And I do hereby constitute and appoint my two daughters
herein last named vizt ELIZABETH KING and MARTHA KING to be joynt
executrixes of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all
former and other wills by me heretofore at any time made published
and declared. In witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and
seal 5 November in the 5th year of the Reign of our soveraign Lady
