The Will of Mary Kightley

 

I Mary Kightley of Ravenstone in the County of Bucks Widow being of sound and disposing mind and memory and understanding praised be God for the same do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say) I give and bequeath unto my two sons John Kightley and Daniel Kightley and my three Daughters Susanna Mary and Elizabeth all and singular my goods chattels Effects ready Money and securities for Money and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever and howsoever I am intitled to the same whether under or by virtue of the last Will and Testament of my late Husband William Kightley the elder deceased or otherwise to be equally divided between amongst them share and share alike after and subject to the payment of my Debts and ffuneral Expences and I do make constitute and appoint my two sons John Kightley and Daniel Kightley Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the eighth Day of September in the Year of our Lord Christ one thousand seven hundred and ninety four Mary Kightley
