In the Name of God Amen The last Will and Testament of me David Kieller of Tower Street in the City of London Mariner and of the Lady Burgess East India Man whereof I am Captains Steward Item I direct in the first place that all my just Debts ffuneral and Testamentary Charges and Expences be fully paid and satisfied and then I Give to my Eldest Sister the Sum of ffifty Pounds to be paid her immediately after my decease should she be then living but in case of her death namely Agnes Kieller I Give her said Sum of ffifty pounds unto her son Robert Kay to be paid him when he shall attain his age of twenty one years and in case of his death in his Minority I direct that the same shall become part of my Residuary Estate for the benefit of my Residuary Legatee hereinafter named and as to all the rest residue and remainder of my Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever which I shall die possessed of interested in or entitled unto I Give the same and every part thereof unto my dear Wife Elizabeth Kieller to and for her own sole use and benefit and I do appoint nominate and constitute my said Wife Elizabeth Kieller Thomas Reddall of Tower Street London Gentleman and Hugh Ross of Savage Gardens London Wine Merchant joint Executors and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other Wills by me heretofore made and do declare this and this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this ninth day of ffebruary in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and six
