followinge That is to saye firste and above all thinges I
Commende my soule into the m’rcyfull Custodie of my lorde and
Savio’r Jesus Christe Trustinge throwe his blessed passion to be
made one of the ellecte number and to reste w’th Abraham Issake
and Jacobe in the kingdome of heaven and when yt shall please
his devin power to seperat my bodie and soule then I will that
my bodie bee buried in or at my parishe Churche of Winwicke
theire to reste untill yt please god to rease yt up in the laste
daye and make yt gloriouse And for the distribucon of my
woordlie goods yt is my will and mynde to have them bestoed in
such man’ and forme as hearafter followeth first yt is my will
and mynde that after my debts payed and discharged yt all and
singular my goods cattells and debts shalbe equallie devyded
into three Indifferente p’te The firste parte to my selfe and
the seconde to my wife and the laste and thirde parte unto
Elizabeth my daughter It’m yt is my will and mynde that after
my funerall expenses dischardged then all the reste of my p’te
of goodes I geve whollie unto Elizabeth my Daughter It’m I
ordeigne and make Thomas Ridiard Impr’ and Elline my wife my
true and my truste is in them above all others
