In the name of god Amen I Robert Kenion of ........... makerfeild in the County of Lancs husbandman being ......... in bodie yet of good & p(er)fect remembrance laude & p...... unto the lord theirefore I doe make & declare this .... will & testament in mann(e)r & forme followinge that is ....... weate first & most presipally I give & bequath my soule unto almightie god my redeemer & saviour Jesus Christ trusting by and through whose death maety passion and resurrection I trust my soule to bee saved & my bodie to bee buried in the p(a)rysh Church at Winquicke upon the south side  Ite(m) after payinge my debts beqaeues & funeral expenses all the rest and residues of my worldly goods  Ite(m) I give unto Elizabeth Kenion my lovinge wyfe & Peter Kenion my son equally to bee devied betwixt them  Ite(m) I give unto Mari Kenion my daughter fiftie pounds to bee paid unto her forth w(i)th out of all my said goods & chattells Ite(m) I do give unto her .........................................  Ite(m) I doo give unto John Devies Richard Devies & Margaret Devies sonnes & daugher of the Devies of Grappenhall 20s to be devied equalli amongst them  Ite(m) I doe give unto John Kenion my brother 6s  8d  Ite(m) I doe give unto the children of Alexander ........... 10s to be d.......  Ite(m) I give unto everi one of my godchildren 12...  Ite(m) I geve unto my servanr man & maiden eithere 2s dwelling & w(i)th mee at the day of my death  Ite(m) I do ordaine Constitute & make my true & lawfull executor Elizabeth Kenion my lovinge wyfe & Peter Kenion my son to execute this my last will & testement in all things as my trust is in them And I desire John Kenion my brother & John Devies my brother in law & Tho(mas) Devies my father in law to see this my last will & testement p(er)formed fulfilled & keept as my trust is in them witness my hand & seale
