This is the last Will and Testament of me James Keevil of Bradford in the County of Wiltshire Shoe Merchant touching the disposition of my temporal estate as follows I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved Wife Mary Ann Keevil all my freehold leasehold and copyhold messuages buildings gardens lands and hereditaments situate in the Parish of Bradford aforesaid or elsewhere to hold the same several messuages buildings gardens lands and hereditaments with their respective rights and appurtenances unto my said Wife Mary Ann Keevil her heirs executors administrators and assigns according to my estate and interest therein respectively Also I give and bequeath unto my said Wife Mary Ann Keevil (subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expences) her executors administrators and assigns to and for her own benefit use and disposal And I constitute and appoint my Cousin James Keevil of Broad Street in the City of Bath bookseller and George Chapman of Bradford aforesaid Draper joint Executors of this my Will and I hereby revoke and make void all Wills by me heretofore made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said James Keevil the Testator have to this my Will contained in one sheet of paper set my hand this twenty first day of May one thousand eight hundred and fifty one _ James Keevil
