The Will of William Judge

 

In the Name of God Amen I William Judge now living with the Right Hon Earl Spencer of sound mind and perfect memory do declare this my last Will and Testament as follows I give and bequeath to my Wife Ann Judge the whole of my Property now in the new four per Cents amounting to four hundred pounds Stock Also All my Wearing Apparel with bed Bedstead Hangings All that to it belongs Watch ready Money etc I also give and bequeath to my Sister Hannah Dunkley for her good Attention to me the Sum of Twenty Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain And I appoint my Wife Ann Judge my sole Executrix and Administratrix In Witness whereof I have set my Hand and Seal this 8th day of Jany in the Year of our lord 1823 Wm Judge
