This is the
last Will and Testament of me
Clement Pratt Judge of Copredy in
the County of Oxford Farmer I give
to my housekeeper Emma Campion the
sum of two hundred pounds clear of
legacy duty and all other deductions
I give to my son Thomas Gulliver
Judge the sum of three thousand
pounds sterling Upon trust to invest
the same in his name in or upon real
or government securities at interest
(with power to vary such securities
at pleasure) and to pay the income
thereof to my son Clement Judge
during his life and after his
decease to his Wife during her life
and after the decease of the
survivor of them my said Son Clement
Judge and his Wife as to the capital
and the future income of the said
trust legacy Upon trust to pay the
same to the child if only one or
equally between all the children if
more than one of my said Son Clement
Judge who being a son or sons shall
attain the age of twenty one years
or being a daughter or daughters
shall attain that age or marry with
power to apply that income of the
income share of any minor for his or
her education maintenance and
support during minority and also to
apply any part of the capital of
such share not exceeding five
hundred pounds for the advancement
in life of such child but such
advancement not to be made during
the lifetime of my said Son Clement
Judge without his consent in writing
And subject to the payment of the
aforesaid legacies and of my debts
funeral and testamentary expences I
give all my real and personal estate
to my said son Thomas Gulliver Judge
absolutely but nevertheless subject
as to estates vested in me as
trustee or mortgagee to the trusts
and equities affecting the same And
I appoint the said Thomas Gulliver
Judge Executor of this my Will In
Witness whereof I have hereunto set
my hand this eleventh day of March
