This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Joyce the Elder of East Ilsley in the County of Berks Grocer whereby I dispose Of my Real and Personal Estate in manner and form following I give devise and bequeath to my Wife Mary Joyes the Messuage or Tenement and Premises thereto belonging situate in East Ilsley aforesaid wherein I now Live To Hold the same to my said Wife her Heirs and Assigns for ever I also give and bequeath to my said Wife all my Stock in Trade Monies and Securities for Money Debts Credits Household Goods Materials and Implements of Household Goods Chattels and Estate whatsoever and wheresoever both Real and Personal for and towards her Maintenance Livelyhood and Support and I do hereby make and appoint Mary Joyce my Wife to be sole Executrix of this my Will to whom I give all the Rest and Residue of my Estate revoking and making void all and every former and Other Will and Wills by me at any time made In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Joyce the Elder the Testator have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this first Day of November in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand seven Hundred and ninety two The mark of Tho Joyes Thomas Joyce
