Lieutenant-General of
the Horse, do bequeath
my soul unto my saviour
Jesus Christ, my estate
in manner following (viz)
All my lands of
inheritance and the five
hundred pounds per annum
that it hath pleased the
most honourable the
Parliament to promise a
grant to me, to my
dearly beloved Lady and
to my nephew Michael
Jones, for their lives,
the remainder to my said
nephew and the heirs
male of his body
begotten; the remainder
unto my nephew Lewis
Jones and the heirs male
of his body begotten;
the remainder unto my
nephew John Jones and
the heirs male of his
body begotten; the
remainder unto my nephew
Henry Jones; the
