The Will of Jane Jones
In the Name of God
Amen I Jane Jones Widow of the Parish of
Easnor in the County of Hereford being of
sound Mind and Memory do make and Ordain
this my last Will and Testament in manner
and form following that is to say I give and
bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth Jones
One Shilling to be Paid to her One Month
after my decease Item I give and bequeath
unto my Daughter Mary Jones (now Gurney) One
Shilling to be Paid to her One Month after
my decease Item And all other my Personal
and Real Estate wheresoever and whatsoever I
give and bequeath to my Son John Jones his
Heirs Executors and Administrators and of
this my Will I appoint him Sole Executor
hereby revoking All former Wills by me made
declaring this to be y last Will In
Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this Sixteenth day of November
in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven
hundred and fifty nine the Mark of Jane
Jones This Will was kindly transcribed and sent in by Ros.
