In the Name of God Amen This is the last Will and Testament of me Ann Johnson of Richmond in the County of Surrey Widow I give and bequeath all my Estate and Effects of what Nature or Kind soever and wheresoever unto Mr Samuel Thorp of Aldgate High Street London wholesale haberdasher In Trust to convert such part thereof as is not already vested in the Public ffunds into ready Money and to invest the produce thereof in such funds and from time to time pay the Interest and Dividends thereof as the same shall become due into the Proper Hands of my Dear Daughter Sophia Ann Harvey (Wife of John Harvey) at present residing with me for and during the term of her natural life and after her Decease then to Pay and transfer the whole of the Stock in which my Estate is now or shall hereafter be vested together with the unpaid or unapplied Dividend thereof to such person or Persons as my said Daughter shall by her last Will and Testament direct and appoint to and for his her or their own use & benefit for ever to whom I hereby give and bequeath the same accordingly and I hereby direct that the Receipt of my said Daughter alone shall notwithstanding her present or any future Coverture be a full Discharge to my said Trustee whom I hereby likewise appoint to be the Executor of this my Will requesting he will have the Goodness to accept the Sum of five Guineas for a ring as a small token of my respect In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty fourth Day of June 1808 Ann Johnson
