In the Name of God Amen I William Jerrard of the Town of Weymouth and Melcombe Regis in the County of Dorset write this my last Will and Testment I give devise & bequeath unto my dear Wife Charlotte Jerrard all and singular my Real Copyhold Estate Lands…of what nature or description in the Town of Weymouth and Melcombe Regis and also in the Isle of Man and any other Part of the World which I may die possessed of or to which I may be in any way entitled in expectancy reversion or otherwise to have hold possess unto the use of the said Charlotte Jerrard her Heirs and Assigns for ever And I hereby appoint the said Charlotte Jerrard and my friend Wm Dobree of Vale Place ffulham in the County of Middlesex Gent Executor and Executrix hereof hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament As Witness my hand and seal this fourth day of September in the Year of our Lord 1815 Wm Jerrard
