In the Name of God Amen I William Jenson
of Broom in the Parish of Bidford in the County of Warwick being
of sound mind memory and understanding blessed be God Do make
and publish this my Will ffirst my will is that all the property
I am intitled to under the will of my Relation John Wilcox Esqr
shall be divided among all my children share and share alike I
also give to my Wife Allis Jenson the use of all my household
goods rents interest and profit arising and ..... from and out
of my real and personal Estates to hold to her and her assigns
for the term of her natural life keeping the same in good order
and repair And from and after my said Wife’s decease I give to
my Son Joseph Jenson fifty pounds and to my Son George Jenson
thirty pounds to be paid within one year next coming after my
Wife’s decease Also all the rest residue and remainder of my
Messuages or Tenements and Premises in Broom aforesaid after my
said Wife’s decease household Goods Chattels and Effects real
and personal Estates of all inds whatsoever and wheresoever to
be found after my just debts funeral expences and the above
legacies paid I give devise and bequeath the same unto my two
Sons Thomas and Benjamin Jenson to hold to them their heirs
executors administrators and assigns according to the nature and
tenure of the same Estates as tenants in common and not as joint
tenants And I make ordain constitute and appoint my said two
Sons Thomas and George joint Executors In witness whereof I have
to this my Will set my hand and seal this twenty seventh day of
January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
