In the Name of God Amen I William Jenkins of the Borough and Parish of Talgarth in the County of Brecon being of sound mind and understanding but calling to mind the frail tenure of this life and that it is appointed to all Men once to die do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say Principally and first of all I recommend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave it and the disposal of my Body I leave to the entire discretion of my dearly beloved Wife Elizabeth all the remainder that I shall have ....at my decease the sum of one hundred pounds secured to me by mortgage together with all my household furniture wearing apparel and such money as may be in my house at the time of my death and all the remainder of my Personal property either in reversion or expectancy not herein mentioned of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever I do give and bequeath unto my dearly beloved Wife And I do declare this to be my last Will and Testament revoking all former Will and Wills In Witness whereof I the said Testator William Jenkins have hereunto set my hand and seal the tenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty nine The Mark X of William Jenkins
