In the Name of God Amen I Anne Jeffes of Bugbrook in the County of Northton Widow being of sound and perfect mind and understanding Do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following (That is to say) ffirst I recommend my Soul to God that gave it and my Body to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executors hereinafter named And as for what worldly Goods and Estates it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I give and bequeath the same as followeth Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my loving Daughter Mary Osgood the Sume of Threescore pounds of good and lawfull Money of Great Britain present at my Decease to be paid by my Executors Item I give and bequeath to my loving Son Benjamin Jeffes Threescore pounds of good and lawfull Money of Great Britain at my death Item I give and bequeath to my loving Son James Jeffes Threescore pounds of good and lawfull Money of Great Britain at my death Item I give and bequeath to my Grandson Benjamin Jeffes Ten pounds Item I give and bequeath to my Grandson John Jeffes Ten pounds of lawfull Money of Great Britain be paid by my Executors at my death Item I do give and bequeath to my Daughter Mary Osgood all my wearing Apparell and Household goods that I have at my Decease Item I do give and devise to my Son James Jeffes half the residue of my Money which is not disposed of before my Death But my Mind and Will is that all these above Legacys be first paid and satisfyed And lastly I doe hereby make constitute and appoint my Son Benjamin Jeffes Silver Casemaker of London and my Son John Osgood Carpenter of London Executors of this my last Will and Testament I doe hereby revoke all former Wills heretofore by me made In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament containing one Sheet of paper sett my hand and Seal this Twentieth Day of August in the Third Yeare of the Reigne of our Sovreign Lord George by the grace of God King of Great Britain Anno Dom 1717 Anne Jeffes her marke
