The Will of Edward Jecock

I Edward
Jecock of the Parish of Saint
Nicholas in the City of Worcester do
make Publish and declare this to be
my last Will and Testament in manner
and form following first I give to
Ann Malpas daughter of my niece Mary
Malpas Widow five hundred pounds my
watch and household Goods I give to
Thomas Malpas one hundred and fifty
pounds I give to Susannah Malpas one
hundred pounds I give to May Malpas
one hundred pounds I give to Joseph
Malpas fifty pounds I give to
Margaret Malpas one hundred pounds I
give to Henry Malpas one hundred
pounds the above are all Children of
my niece Mary Malpas the above
Children not being of Age tis my
Will that the Part I have left to
them should remain where it now is
in the Navy five per cent Annuities
till they should Attain the age of
twenty and one Years but the
Interest to go toward their support
if either of the above Children
should not live to attain such Age
then that part to be divided betwixt
the above Surviving Children of the
above Mary Malpas I give to my Niece
Ann Green fifty pounds I give to
Elizabeth Barrett daughter of my
niece Eliz Barrett one hundred
pounds when she shall attain the Age
of twenty and one Years but if she
should not live to attain such age
then I give the interest of the
above sum of one hundred pounds to
her mother during her natural life
And at her decease to be divided
among the surviving Children of my
niece Mary Malpas I give to Hannah
Jecock and John Jecock my two
Cousins twenty pounds each and all
my Wearing Apparel And I do nominate
and appoint the above Ann Malpas
Executrix and Edward Archer Grocer
Executor to this my last Will
revoking all former Wills by me made
And I give to Edward Archer five
pounds for the trouble he might have
in the Executorship of this my last
Will wrote with my own hand this
fifth day of December in the Year of
our Lord One thousand eight hundred
and one Edward Jecock _ Signed
sealed and declared by me in the
presence of Thos Lewis _
