In the Name of God Amen

Thomas Jackson of Greenhurst in the parish of Cartmel and County of Lancaster Do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and Form following that is to say I give and devise unto my son Leonard Jackson all my Messuage or Tenement Lands and Grounds Situate lying and being at Greenhurst with the Hereditaments & Appurtenances thereunto belonging also all my securities for Money all my Stock of Cattle Household Furniture and Husbandary Gear and all my personal Estate whatsoever or wheresoever or of what Nature or kind soever  And I Nominate and appoint my said son Leonard Jackson Executor of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my Hand and Seal this twenty first Day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Ninety seven  Thomas Jackson

 

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Thomas Jackson to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us
