This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Ivory of No 41 Park Street Camden Town in the Parish of Saint Pancras in the County of Middlesex Carpenter
I direct that
all my just
debts funeral
and testamentary
expenses may be
fully paid and
satisfied out of
my estate I give
and bequeath all
my furniture
plate linen
china jewellery
wearing apparel
and real and
personal estates
and property of
whatsoever kind
the same may be
and of which I
may be possessed
at the time of
my decease or
may hereafter
become entitled
unto my dear
wife Mary Ivory
for her own sole
and exclusive
use and benefit
during her life
without any
hindrance or
interruption
whatsoever and
after the
decease of my
said Wife I give
and bequeath the
above mentioned
property unto my
niece Elizabeth
Greening for her
own sole and
exclusive use
and benefit free
from the control
or interference
of any husband
with whom she
may intermarry
And I hereby
appoint my said
dear wife Mary
Ivory Sole
Executrix of
this my last
Will and
Testament As
witness whereof
I have hereunto
set my hand this
